Diverse is a popular polish youth fashion brand, so their e-commerce website must adjust to the extremely demanding customers’ needs. Unravel team conducted UX & UI audit to detect any customer experience threats and define possibilities of the website’s UX development.
Our recommendations were based on user interviews, that led to creating customer personas. Our research included the website’s content, products lists, products charts, adding to basket and checkout, as well as step-by-step shopping experience and help functionality.
Today Diverse has nearly 200 physical stores and one of the best shopping websites.
