SIVONIC GmbH is an innovative company with two decades of expertise in the field of high-performance electrochemical impedance spectrometers (EIS). Their impedance spectrometers have been continuously developed and are widely used in research and development as well as in production (end-of-line) for quality control.
SIVONIC's Eis Meter is used for checking the state of industrial batteries. Our task was to create a new design for the machine's dashboard.
The process of designing UI and UX was preceded by discovery phase: user and market research and workshops. The new interface has been built with fewer elements on the home screen and all additional functions and drop-down menus were designed based on user stories. The crucial visuals representing measurement data are placed on the first screen. They are easily accessible and readable by not only engineers.
