Neathouse Partners is a leading UK-based regulatory consultancy specialising in providing comprehensive outsourced HR, Employment Law, and Health & Safety services.
Our designers conducted user testing with selected customers to find the key areas for NP website improvement. The company's goal was to elevate the human-centered brand and communication service portfolio and its value, which would increase new retainer clients acquisition.
Following the user journey mapping, UI and UX design stages, we developed each component and migrated the website from WordPress to HubSpot. With the help of UX writer it contains clear, concise, and user-friendly copy aimed at the best user experience.
Before beginning the implementation phase, we assessed whether to continue using WordPress with additional third-party services or to migrate to HubSpot for an all-in-one CRM/ CMS/ marketing automation solution.
All factors favored migrating to the new platform from a technical, usability, and cost perspective.
During the implementation phase, we had to address the migration of over 500 blog pages while simultaneously ensuring consistent look and feel and adding new features.
The project was held over the course of 2 months and included:

- blog template,
- templates for more than 30 pages
- custom modal forms/pop-ups
- gated content
- custom marketing workflows
- quality assurance
- performance optimizations
a lot of minor adjustments based on client’s feedback.
The new website is now more intuitive from the user experience perspective, contains improved digital accessibility features, and its core web vitals have significantly enhanced.
