We recommended improvements aimed at improving user experience and service quality. A mobile application communicating directly with the applicator allowed the brand to introduces intuitive visual cues guiding users through each step of the process, turning it into a seamless experience.
Unravel proposed using facial scanning with machine learning for detecting skin conditions, tracking changes, and matching serums during treatments, leading to a strategic product development roadmap for KOZHYA.
