Objectives
Globally active company, with 22 production units in 12 countries embraces digitalisation. The goal was to create a platform that would connect work of designers, contractors and architects, and secure comprehensive communication and multi-level collaboration along the process of new installations planning.

The process
Research
We conducted in-depth interviews with Viessman partners and contractors The collected data on the roles in a process, it's challenges and objectives were a foundation to creating a detailed customer journey map and key touchpoints.
Design
Rapid prototyping and defining gaps and risks in several iterations resulted in easy fixes on the usability level. The final prototype defined stages, roles, communication flow, and interactions between users. One seamless flow covered technical data, configuration, planning and registering input from architects, designers, contractors and investors, giving the full visibility of all planning stages.
The Outcome
The web-based application helps win more jobs for more profitable work by fast-tracking regular processes and improving project efficiency. The visual site evaluation and system design tool connects contractors, wholesalers, Viessmann sales reps, and installers helping to seamlessly align their work.
