Why do I need a UX designer?

How do you create a UX design strategy?

First of all, we keep the big picture in mind while building and implementing a UX design strategy that works for your digital product. The process can be divided into three phases: research and gathering feedback from potential end users, generating ideas and turning them into solutions, and finally, testing the solutions to gather insights and diagnose if there are any user-experience fails, to finally iterate and improve it.

What is meant by “digital product design”?

Digital product design is the process of developing a solution to meet specific user needs. The solution, whether a mobile or web application, SaaS product, or HMI display, is strictly based on asking the right questions and receiving insightful answers. At Unravel, we use modern Design Thinking methods to specify WHO the design is for, WHY it should exist, and HOW it will help customers gain value.

What tools do you use for product design?

Our software of choice depends on the project requirements, but we often use Figma, Miro, Jira/Confluence, Microsoft DevOps, Sketch, Adobe CC + AfterEffects, Zeplin, Invision, Blender, Maxon Cinema 4D, DoveTail.app, and others.
